Delivery route planning for florists

Pick a delivery date and the “Route builder” lists that day's delivery orders on one side and your drivers on the other. Drag an order onto a driver to add it to their run.

Add drivers right on the board with a name, phone, email, vehicle note, and a color so every run is easy to tell apart. Print a single driver's manifest or every manifest at once for the morning handoff.

Each stop keeps a copy of the recipient, address, phone, and delivery window from the moment it was added, so a printed manifest still matches what the driver sees if the order is edited later.

Press “Optimize route” and NuFlorist reorders a driver's stops into the shortest drive, starting from your shop's address. Optimization handles up to 25 stops per run.

Open “View map” to see numbered pins for every stop, the drawn route, and the total drive time and distance before the van leaves.

Use “Send route” to email one driver, or every driver, a sign-in link to their route. For a driver without email, copy the link and send it however you already reach them.

The link opens a mobile page with the day's stops in order, plus “Directions” and “Call” buttons for each one and a running count of stops done. A link works for 24 hours and keeps the phone signed in for 30 days.

When a driver marks a stop “Delivered”, they take a photo of the arrangement at the door.

If a delivery can't be completed, the driver picks a reason (no answer, wrong address, refused, or other) and can add a note and a photo, so the shop knows what happened before the customer calls.

As drivers work through their runs, the route board shows each stop's outcome, the time it was recorded, and a link to the photo. Completed stops are locked in place so they can't be moved by mistake.

Outcomes are also saved to the Shopify order itself, and delivered orders get a “Nu | Delivered” tag, so staff can filter and answer “did it arrive?” from Shopify.

On the “All orders” tab, switch from the table to “Cards”. Each card shows the delivery or pickup schedule, the recipient or pickup person, the occasion and card message for each product, florist notes, delivery instructions, and the order note.

The design bench can read what each arrangement needs without opening the order.
